I agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the website www.spanisharmorial.com, herein afterwards referred to as the College, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, officers, auxiliaries, directors, agents, collaterals, employees, if any, and volunteers from and against any and all losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities, judgments, settlement amounts, costs and causes of action of every type and character arising out of, or in connection with, the use of any services, service results, implied or imagined promises, including without limitation, any demands or claims and causes of action for personal injury or damage arising from the use, or possession of, any written materials, conversation, communications, certificates, website materials or letters or whatever else could become a problem, difficulty or dispute of any kind or character with the Commission or any of its offshoots or auxiliaries.
