Detailed Procedure for Title Resquests and Enquiries



PROCEDURE
 
 
 
We specialise in:
 
Italian Feudal & Noble Titles, mainly Italian Baronies, Marquisates and Principalities.
 
We also work in some cases with French Baronies, French Feudal Baronies, Marquisates and the truly rare and very much appreciated French Baronies and Counties from Alsace and Lorraine.
 
At the highest level, and in some particular cases, we can obtain court judgements recognising Fons Honorum.
Advice: Generalistic enquiries requesting catalogues of titles will not be taken into consideration.
 
If you are interested in obtaining a French or Italian Noble Title, please write us. The procedure is as follows:
 
  1. Upon receiving the enquiry, we will issue a report to you about the feasibility and possibilities of your request, and telling you whether there is availability of titles or not.
  2. If you agree with the procedure, conditions, prices and method, and you are satisfied with our information, then we move ahead to the next step(REGISTRATION).
  3. Should you wish to take the matter further you MUST REGISTER with us and become a REGISTERED CUSTOMER by paying a registration fee of 348€. Then, the names and history of the available titles will be presented to you. If any suits you, we move to the next step. If we are not able to present you with a title, the fee will be REFUNDED IN FULL.
  4. When there is agreement on a particular title, we can start the legal proceedings. The price of the title will always be paid in two or three instalments depending on the price, by Credit Card (we only take AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD), or by BACS (Bank Transfer) to the Solicitor’s Account. When final payment is completed we will deliver documents by courier to your specified address. The whole procedure, depending on the title, takes 2-3 weeks for a normal title, and up to 8 weeks for rarities or special titles in which the amount of legal work is bigger.
