We only and exclusively work by request. Therefore, in order for us to research a title for you, you must fill the titles request form with your details, select the type of title you want and pay the 299 US$ research fee through the PayPal button at the bottom of this page.
Once this is done, we will acknowledge payment, confirm the enquiry, and we will research the title of your choosing for you, giving you the name and details of the type of title you requested. Normally this takes between 24-48 hours.
Once you have the details and name of the title, we can proceed to claim the title for you. If you want to go ahead and claim the title, 50% of the agreed price on the title must be paid by bank wire to our corporate account. Then, we will proceed to claim the title for you, in your name, and we will do so normally in a time frame of two-three weeks. Once the claim & transfer deeds are ready, notarised and legalised, confirming the successful claim in your name, the remaining fees will be paid, and we will deliver the documentation to you by courier. The research fee is always deducted from the final price. If you decide not to claim the title once the details have been given to you, the research can not be refunded, obviously.
It is a simple process in which basically you have to select the type of title you want, identify yourself, pay a research fee, and pay the fees for successfully claiming the title. On average, in 24-48 hours you will have the speficics of the title, and in 14-21 days you will have your ownership documents with you.
